While her early roles focused on analysis and investments, she soon discovered a natural flair for managing relationships. This realization shifted her career trajectory, leading her through roles in stockbroking, private wealth management, and asset management.
Her business development expertise grew as she worked with institutional investors across the globe, representing Africa’s largest asset manager. “By the time I left corporate life behind, I was a business development executive traveling the UK, Europe, Asia, and Africa,” Arthi reflects, “building relationships and gaining invaluable exposure.”
In 2019, after years of navigating corporate restructuring and career fatigue, Arthi decided to follow her entrepreneurial aspirations. Armed with determination and her first paying client, she founded Prerna Advisory. “No perks. No benefits. Just my ability and willingness to put in the necessary effort,” she recalls. It was a leap of faith that marked the beginning of her dream to create meaningful change for individuals and organizations.
